Refunds

Refunds are automatic. You don't need to ask for one.

• Declined — 80% of net is refunded to you.
• No decision by the deadline — 100% of net is refunded to you.
• Accepted — no refund.

Net = the stake minus the payment processor's actual costs. These costs are not refundable. Tax paid on top of the stake is refunded in the same proportion.

The recipient has 10 minutes to undo a decline. After that, the refund goes to your original payment method through Paddle. How fast it appears depends on your bank — usually a few business days.
